The Path to Agility Community (PAC) will be having it's next in-person meeting on Wednesday, May 2nd, from 6-8:30pm. The location is to be determined and details will be sent to the membership as we get closer to the meeting date.
The PAC is an invitation-only, information-sharing group comprised of select Agile Development managers from the Dayton/Cincinnati areas that meet throughout the year to learn from one another.
Members of the PAC include management (Business Management and Application Development Management) from select Agile teams in the Dayton and Cincinnati areas who have been identified by their peers as:
- Actively implementing agile practices,
- Source for mutually beneficial collaboration around agile best practices,
- Able to provide candid real-world experiences around their agile journey,
- Able to provide peer PAC member support.
Participants are identified based on recommendations provided by local executives (CIOs), agile leaders, and the SDS Agility practice director. Efforts will be made to ensure participants are not direct competitors to foster candid interactions.
