The Agile Development training is a half-day event focused on providing an introduction to Agile Development through real-world examples of agile business successes and lessons learned, along with hands-on experiences with actual agile and scrum team practices.
Attendees will achieve a better understanding of how companies are using agile practices today, the results they are achieving, and insights to consider for their own agile journey to accelerate success and avoid missteps.
