"Our company has recently started embracing Agile development methods. We have researched a good deal of literature and have started modeling what we have learned into ‘our own’ development framework. We have had some challenges and successes in 2011 while implementing our methodology.
As part of the adoption process, we have started an Agile User Group. SDS will be a be part of a roundtable panel to discuss lessons learned in using/adopting Agile methods.
The intent in the roundtable it to expose our folks in the Agile User Group to outside experiences they can learn from."
