Cincinnati-based Technology Consultants to Lead Strategic Data Systems' Microsoft Practice
05/19/08 - Strategic Data Systems (SDS) appoints co-directors Michael Levy and Michael Wood to lead its Microsoft practice.
As Microsoft practice co-directors, Levy and Wood will oversee the implementation of key Microsoft initiatives like Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). Based in the Cincinnati area and already well-known throughout the tri-state IT development community, Levy and Wood bring impressive credentials to the SDS Microsoft Practice.

Levy has been delivering software solutions to clients, in a variety of industries, for over 18 years. He has spoken at multiple developer conferences on various topics and is an active participate of the Cincinnati .Net User's Group (CINNUG) where he has also presented. Levy co-authored the book Client-Server Applications with Visual FoxPro and SQL Server and has been published by various technical journals.
Wood is a Director and founding member of CINNUG. He also has helped plan several local developer events in addition to speaking at regional user groups and conferences. In addition to being a contributing writer for the book Visual Studio Hacks, Wood publishes a regular series on .NET-related topics on his blog. He has been developing applications in Microsoft technologies for over ten years.
